Complaints Policy

In the first instance, please contact us directly to lode a complaint. You may do this by telephone to Fraser MacGregor, the owner of the company on 020 3746 8896 or through email to fraser@mclarenglasgow.co.uk.

McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately, although in some cases we may need some time to investigate the matter.

We will acknowledge all initial complaints within 2 working days of receipt and to resolve the complaint within 10 working days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may make a formal complaint by writing to us at McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 250 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4QY. We will acknowledge the complaint within 4 working days.

We will then consider your complaint and make every effort to make a final response within 15 working days of receipt. If this is not possible, we will issue you with a progress report informing you of the status of the investigation and give you a date when we anticipate the final response letter will be provided.

When the final response letter is sent out, we will advise if your complaint is found to be fair and subsequently upheld, we will set out the steps we are propose taking to rectify the position which may involve making you an offer of redress.

In the event that you are still unhappy with how we have sought to resolve your complaint, you should contact the Insolvency Gateway who are responsible for handling all complaints made against an Insolvency Practitioner. Their contact details are:
